More than 30 leading restaurants within Emporium, EmQuartier and Emsphere present a variety of 100 specially curated vegetarian dishes during "Emdining J Festival 2026" until Sunday.
The festival offers a diverse selection of savoury dishes, desserts and beverages, allowing diners to enjoy delicious food while embracing the spirit of the Vegetarian Festival, a long-standing tradition rooted in Chinese culture traditionally observed by abstaining from meat and certain types of food, while cultivating inner peace and refraining from harming others.
Participating eateries at Emporium include Hong Bao, which presents authentic Cantonese-style vegetarian dishes such as fried rice with Chinese preserved olives and mixed vegetables, steamed mixed mushroom buns and mixed mushroom rice noodle rolls; and Sava, which serves meat-free pad Thai, basil fried rice and turnip cake.
At EmQuartier, Four Seasons also features authentic Cantonese-style vegetarian cuisine; while Greyhound Cafe presents creative takes on familiar vegetarian dishes making them delicious and fun. This is also a chance to enjoy a variety of vegetarian hand rolls at Kanori, Thailand's first Japanese hand roll restaurant.
Alternatively, go to Emsphere and enjoy Ikea's vegetarian set featuring plant-based crispy pork with rice and teriyaki sauce served with broccoli and tofu salad. Napha, a famous Thai restaurant, meanwhile, is serving stir-fried holy basil with plant-based meat and stir-fried noodles with mushrooms.
