According to the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), the radius of strong winds (level 10 or higher) from Typhoon Champi extends approximately 220km northeast and 165km southwest from the storm's center.

Today, Super Typhoon Champi could intensify, with wind speeds increasing to around 195 km/hour, and maintain its super typhoon intensity until around October 21st or 22nd.
