In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen My Hai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment and Head of the Organizing Committee of the Festival, affirmed: For Thai Nguyen, OCOP is one of the important directions to effectively exploit the advantages of agriculture, culture, traditional crafts, and local resources. Among these, tea and tea culture are distinctive values closely linked to the history, life, and identity of the locality. Along with tea products, specialty agricultural products, processed products, traditional craft products, and products associated with rural tourism are creating more room for economic development, image promotion, and enhancing the value of the province's products. He also emphasized that the actual effectiveness of OCOP must be demonstrated in stable quality, competitiveness, and marketability.
